The Mission to Seafarers seeks a Junior Trusts & Foundations Officer to join our Development Team in London.
Working with the Trusts & Foundations Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive support to meet the needs of MtS and support the daily administration of the trusts and foundations fundraising function. You’ll manage a portfolio of predominantly four-figure donors, research and build a pipeline of new trusts and foundations, and maintain the trusts fundraising database.
The Junior Trusts & Foundations Officer will build and nurture relationships with funders, support the drafting of funding proposals, and collate case studies and impact reports from global teams.
This is a new role offering a great opportunity to shape and grow the position. Full-time (4 days per week would also be considered), with hybrid working requiring one day per week (Monday) in the office.
Candidates should have a strong academic track record, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and be confident with numbers and data.
