Seafarers Awards 2026 Binnacle Silent Auction
Based upon the historic success of the Nautical Institute ‘auctioning’ on annual basis a Compass Binnacle since 1998 with the proceeds going to the Mission to Seamen, the Nautical Institute (Singapore Branch) were very kindly donated a Compass Binnacle By the founding father of the Branch, Captain Venkat Padmanabhan to be auctioned annually with funds going to the Mission to Seafarers (Singapore). The lucky Company that successfully bid for the Compass Binnacle keeps it in safe custody for 1 year and is able to put its own brass plaque on the binnacle for lifelong prosperity.
