About Adventure Race Japan 2027

Adventure Race Japan returns in 2027, bringing together the global maritime community for one of the industry’s most distinctive endurance events.

Teams of three will take on a two-day adventure across Japan’s stunning countryside, combining trekking, running and physical challenges designed to test teamwork, resilience and determination,  with two participation levels that make the challenge both demanding and achievable.

Beyond the race itself, ARJ is a powerful platform for team building, leadership and industry connection, while directly supporting the vital welfare work of The Mission to Seafarers.

Following the record-breaking success of Adventure Race Japan 2025, which raised US$1.85 million for seafarer welfare, ARJ 2027 will continue to make a meaningful impact, with a strong focus on supporting seafarers across Asia.
