BRITISH 10K LONDON RUNThe last London race to take place before the Olympic marathon. Not only will you be raising money, but you will get to run some of the course of international Olympians! What better way to celebrate London 2012?
The start line for the Asics British 10k London Run is on Piccadilly. Running past sights such as St James’s Palace, Trafalgar square, St Paul’s Cathedral and then down the Embankment, the runners finish on Whitehall, the centre of the British government and where the Cenotaph is located - the principal war memorial of Britain.
By taking part in this event you will be helping the Mission to Seafarers to raise essential funds necessary to continue out there work with seafarers across the globe.
Once you sign up we’ll send you a training pack with a guide to running. You will also receive a fundraising pack, filled with ideas on how to make the most of your efforts. We will send you a T-shirt so that you can train in it and wear it on the race day.
We will get back to you to answer any questions you may have about the day, your fundraising, or training.
