Congratulations to some of our wonderful Flag Day volunteers who’ve been out and about raising money for the Mission’s work for seafarers.
The following long-serving collectors have raised over £700 on their patches - Gillian Treharne from Burgess Hill netted £300.79. Margaret Chinchen from Swanage raised £274.60, and Maureen Hymas from Bridport pulled in £208.46
Well done those stalwarts! And there are still a couple of Flag Days to support during this International Year of the Seafarer – look out for Cmdr Bill Melly’s team in Haslemere and in Grayshott in Surrey on 25 September, and please give them all your support.
